Can I walk in without an appointment for an emergency?

Yes. At Prime Dental Group, we accept walk-ins for emergencies and do our best to provide same-day treatment across our locations. Calling ahead is helpful, but not required.

What should I do if I knock out a tooth?

If possible, gently rinse the tooth with water (without scrubbing), place it back in the socket, and call us immediately. If that's not possible, keep it in milk or a tooth-preservation kit until you can get to the office. Acting quickly increases the chances of saving the tooth.

What counts as a dental emergency?

A dental emergency includes anything causing severe pain, swelling, bleeding, or damage to your teeth or gums. Common examples are knocked-out teeth, abscesses, broken crowns or fillings, and injuries to the mouth.
